Everything is sparkling clean, I have been visiting Puebla and even with the pandemic the cleaning standards are superb, every single day they clean the room and bathroom ( what an amazing way to prevent any kind of illnesses)… employees have a great costumer service and they are really happy to greed you every time they see you! It has a premier location to several retail stores by walking distance… incredible place

Our dog is in the 15 kg. range, the fee 695 pesos, which I thought was quite high but appreciated it being dog friendly. The breakfast was good, hot and varied (not included). I would certainly stay again.
